Flood recovery information

The Glenelg Hopkins CMA provides support during and after flood events in our catchment areas. This is through waterways planning and incident control information, and post flood recovery activities including immediate works required on-farm and within communities, and more long-term projects supporting the landscape in recovering from the flood events of late 2022.

Some areas of Panmure were inundated during the flood event of 2022.

The 2022-2023 flood recovery activities, funded through the Victorian Government, are now underway in the catchment area.

To log your flood damage on your property call the CMA on 03 5571 2526. At this time the details and location of the damage on your property will be noted.

Please note: There is currently a large volume of inspections, and so it may take up to 2 weeks for the CMA to respond / conduct an inspection after logging the damage. If there is a need for immediate assistance, please let the staff know when you call.
