Application Fee: $1,020.00

Payment of the Data Request application fee is required when submitting this form. This fee is charged for the creation of a data share agreement and the extraction/translation of the data requested. Once you have completed your form you will be redirected to Stripe to pay by debit or credit card.

Please Note:

Where data/information is available and can be provided by the CMA, it will be supplied within 20 working days of the application and base fee and/or additional fee payment being received by Glenelg Hopkins CMA.

Depending on file sizes, the data may be emailed, file transferred or supplied on a memory stick (a charge may apply for hardware/postage costs).
